In hotels and restaurants, the food which is cooked should be of high quality. From the ingredients sourced, the spices and oils used while cooking, to garnishes at the end everything must not only be of high quality but also be safe to consume according to the latest regulations released by FSSAI.
FARE Labs has been providing our testing services to the restaurant and hospitality industry and we are accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) and approved by various regulatory bodies such as Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), APEDA, Ministry of AYUSH, etc. At FARE Labs, we test cooked food according to international standards and protocols (ISO). We have worked with many restaurants and restaurant chains such as ITC Hotels, Marriott, Devyani Foods, etc. for testing.
