MR. D. MATHUR, MANAGING DIRECTOR
With over 30 years of experience in various chemical engineering industries in diverse roles such as O&M*, QC&A, R&D, H.B.T.I, and Project implementation, has developed an insight to interpret sample results and identify both process rectifications and improvement opportunities. Has developed acumen to devise efficient solutions to complex real-time problems. Bachelor of chemical engineering, H.B.T.I, Kanpur.
MR. C.S. JOSHI, DIRECTOR OPERATIONS

With over 20 years of experience in various chemical engineering industries has developed a unique ability to identify key process / quality related problems. Spearheads the implementation of FARE Labs recommendations at the client’s shop floor. Bachelor of chemical engineering, H.B.T.I, Kanpur. 

DR. MEENAKSHI TRIPATHI, PRESIDENT

Responsible for planning, developing, and execution of FARE Labs projects. Implementation and monitoring of the quality and technical management system in the laboratory by creating control loops and improvement cycles. Ensuring compliance of national and international accreditation requirements in the laboratory. Doctoral research, biochemistry, I.I.T.R, lucknow (C.S.I.R., india)

Dr. H.B. Singh, Senior Director

Dr. Singh, Ph.D. (Microbiology) from CSIR-IGIB, had served 30 years in the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt of India.  Dr. Singh has demonstrated capabilities in administering large-scale research assignments for varied technologies coupled with established credibility in providing support for managing operations round the clock. Having the highest level of ability to provide leadership in organizing Human Resources, Dr. Singh initiates, participates in, and supervises training, research planning, and program reviews.

Dr. Chindi Vasudevappa, Senior Director
DR. S.K. RAZA, CEO-TESTING

A chemistry Ph.D. From AMU, Aligarh, and a post-doc from the University of London, UK. Dr. Raza has served as a scientist in DRDO and has taken up multiple roles after that. Director IPFT, Gurgaon, chairman of accreditation committee, NABL, and an integral member of scientific advisory board (SAB), OPCW, Netherlands to name a few. He has been an integral part of FARE labs as an advisor and the CEO of the testing division.

DR. Y.P. SINGH, CEO-CALIBRATION & RESEARCH

Dr. Y.P. Singh did his PhD. In physics (radiation Pyrometry) from Jamia Millia Islamia university, New Delhi. He served at various positions at csir-national physical laboratory (NPL). Before joining FARE Labs as the Dr. Singh was serving as the Scientist G (the highest position) and later on leading the temperature and humidity standards group at CSIR-NPL. Dr. Singh is responsible for the establishment of our world class thermal calibration laboratory, preparation for NABL accreditation, and general supervision and guidance for other parameters.
