To carry out environmental monitoring of Food & chemical laboratories.
Maintenance of log books.
Maintenance and Standardization of titrimetric solutions.
To face Technical audits of regulatory bodies like NABL, BIS, APEDA, AGMARK, FSSAI, MOEF, EIC, CPCB etc. and customers
Responsible for the calibration, Uncertainty calculation, and preparing requests for purchase of standards, chemicals, glass wares and inspection/clearance
of chemicals and reagents received in the laboratory.
Preparation of Work instructions and SOPs for instruments and equipment.
Maintenance of log books.
To carry out the following tests in the HPLC Section.
Preparation of stock solutions of standards and working solutions.
Method validation and verification of food additives and active ingredients.
Analysis of food additives and active ingredients through HPLC-UV/PDA/FLD/ELSD and RI.
Responsible for timely intimation of repairs of the breakdown of the instrument(s)/equipments to the administration & store department.
Giving Training to the Trainees

Should have experience in NABL accredited laboratory.
Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in food technology.
