• Similarly, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has not established regulations for fluvic acid in food products. Nevertheless, the EFSA has conducted a safety review and determined that fluvic acid is safe for human consumption. They have also recommended a maximum daily intake of 100 mg per kilogram of body weight for fluvic acid.
