Job Description

Fare Labs Pvt. Ltd is urgently looking for Business Development Manager in handling all the key responsibilities mentioned below.

Responsibility

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Hardcore sales of technical services.

Requirements - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager or relevant role.
  • Strong understanding and command over domain subject matter. 
  • Excellent skill in computer operation. 
  • Market Knowledge.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Top presentation skills. 
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to talk with customer for explaining and interpretation of scientific/regulatory facts related to product/service/protocols, processes and regulation. 
  • Understanding of costing fundamentals to be able to prepare quotation/protocols/tender filling financially sound. 
  • Multitask, practicing and time managing efficiency. 
  • Persuasive and Goal oriented
