Job Description

To plan and organize internal quality audits and to ensure the effective implementation of corrective actions.

To arrange training of personnel in quality management and maintain the records thereof.

To plan and conduct management review meetings on time.
To verify and monitor of effective implementation of corrective/preventive actions for the non-conforming work.
To deal with customer complaints.
To interact with NABCB for matters related to NABCB accreditation and all other agencies for matters related to recognition and certification.
To identify subcontractors, evaluate them and identify the task to be subcontracted.
