TRAINING ON PARTICLE SIZE ANALYSIS
Particle size analysis is used to characterise the size distribution of particles in a given sample. Particle size analysis can be applied to solid materials, suspensions, emulsions and even aerosols. Particle size analysis is a very important test and is used for quality control in many different industries. In just about every industry where milling or grinding is used, particle size is a critical factor in determining the efficiency of manufacturing processes and performance of the final product. Some industries and product types where particle sizing is used includes Pharmaceuticals, Building materials, Paints and coatings, Food and beverages.
There are many different methods employed to measure particle size. Laser diffraction is a widely used, rapid, and non-destructive method for determining particle size distributions across a broad range (typically 0.01–3500 µm). The range of laser diffraction-based particle size analysers set the standard for delivering rapid, accurate particle size distributions for both wet and dry dispersions.
FARE Labs offers Particle Size Analysis Training Courses using advanced measurement techniques such as laser diffraction method-based particle size analyser.  We offer online training on particle size analysis as well as offline training. This powerful technique offers high throughput with high accuracy, high-speed measurements (<1 minute) with both wet and dry dispersion options and user-friendly software.Â
