Qualification : 1. PhD/Master degree in Food or Dairy or Fisheries or Oil Technology or Biotechnology or Agriculture or Veterinary Sciences or Bio-chemistry or Microbiology or Chemistry or Hotel management or Catering technology from a recognised university. 2. Completed a Lead auditor training or recognized auditor training course and accredited under ACB, i.e. ACB-HACCP/ GMP Scheme, ISO22 000 and etc. 3. Sound knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO/IEC 17020, 17021, 17065, 22000, HRAA, FSSAI, NPOP, Halal, Kosher and other relevant Standards.
Experience : Minimum 10 year of experience in Operations, technical, Audits, preferably from a CB company.

Responsibility
To implement, and maintain FSMS according to regulatory requirements and international standards.
To conduct regular internal audits and inspections.
To prepare and maintain documentation required for FSMS certification.
To conduct assessments and audits of certification bodies.
Evaluate and ensure compliance with certification criteria.
Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for certification processes.
To implement and monitor quality management systems in accordance with ISO/IEC 17065, 17021, 22000 and relevant Standards.
Liaise with clients to understand their certification needs and provide guidance.
Handle client queries and maintain good client relationships.
To manage and lead audit teams.
Commitment to staying updated with the latest developments and changes in standards and regulations.
To maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
To conduct thorough audits and assessments.
To impart training to the employees of Inspection & Certification Division.
