Job Description


  • To implement, and maintain FSMS according to regulatory requirements and international standards.
  • To conduct regular internal audits and inspections.
  • To prepare and maintain documentation required for FSMS certification.
  • To conduct assessments and audits of certification bodies.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with certification criteria.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for certification processes.
  • To implement and monitor quality management systems in accordance with ISO/IEC 17065, 17021, 22000 and relevant Standards.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their certification needs and provide guidance.
  • Handle client queries and maintain good client relationships.
  • To manage and lead audit teams.
  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest developments and changes in standards and regulations.
  • To maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • To conduct thorough audits and assessments.
  • To impart training to the employees of Inspection & Certification Division.

The employee must be available during the core business hours of 9:30 am to 7:00 pm from Monday to Saturday to maintain full – time status.
